Every class targets a muscle group, the asanas and movements are focused on bringing strength, stability and flexibility. You will find your muscles toning, core strengthening, and body shaping up the way you to want it to!

I ensure that we don't repeat the same sequences class after class, your mind and body need change in order to break out of habits and routines. I will make sure you smile and always have something new to look forward to!
