  1. Here at www.aditi.yoga (“Website/we/us/aditi.yoga”), we endeavor to provide the User (“User/you/your”) a vast experience of online yoga & meditation classes. We understand your concerns with regards to the security of the information that you provide to us or which may become available to us by your use of the Website. This Privacy Policy stipulates how we use/share/acquire your information and most importantly how we secure the same in accordance with the applicable statutory framework. 


  1. This Privacy Policy applies to all the Personal Information (defined in clause 3(d) that you provide to us or the Personal Information that we have acquired from you in accordance with the applicable law and describes how we collect your data and the manner in which we store/ protect/ use it.


  1. You are hereby requested to familiarize yourself with the Privacy Policy and understand our procedure/purpose of collecting/ using/ sharing your Personal Information. Your use of the Website shall denote that you have read and understood the manner in which we collect/ use/ share your Personal Information and that you agree to be bound by the Privacy Policy.

  1. This Privacy Policy applies to our Website, blogs, mobile sites, and applications, including the website, and the mobile versions thereof. It does not apply to other companies’ or organizations’ Website to which we link. This information includes but is not limited to your password, financial information such as bank account number, credit card or debit card details, net banking details or details of any other mode of payment.  You may at your own discretion choose to save this on the Website for future reference, so that you may not have to re-fill the same information again at the time of future transactions.

Preferences: For the purpose of making the Website User friendly and personalizing your experience on the Website, we shall/ collect your preferences which you may choose in regards to settings, language, location, usage, trends etc., and use such information to improve your experience and the services offered on the Website.

This information will be stored for booking/re-booking of yoga & meditation classes.

(v) during emergencies, such as when we believe someone’s physical safety is at risk.
