Do I need to have practiced yoga before coming to your class?
Nope! I welcome absolute beginners to my classes, I will demonstrate everything and make sure you feel comfortable :)
Do I need to be flexible to do this class?
Doing this class will make you flexible, so the answer is No! The stiffer your body feels, the more you really need yoga in your life :)
Do you have a refund policy?
There are no refunds/adjustments :)
When you sign up for classes you're making a commitment not only to me, but more importantly to yourself :)
If however you find yourself in an unfortunate emergency situation (eg; debilitating injury/bereavement/loss of job) we can of course figure out a solution for you!
Can i attend the classes if I am pregnant, have serious cervical/spinal conditions?
Please consult with your doctor and get medical clearance before signing up. I offer customised private lessons, feel free to contact me so we can discuss the best program for you!
When should i avoid coming to class?
If you are running a fever or have any flu symptoms.
If you have an upset stomach.
Can I do yoga on my period?
The simple answer is yes. This is based on your comfort level. However there are two things you must avoid during your period- inverted poses, and ab contractions. I will always remind everyone during the class :)
